- 50 year old female - Short history of right axillary lymphadenopathy - clinically suspicious - FNA right axilla
Low power view (x 10) showing background of lymphocytes with scattered giant cells
Medium power view (x 20) showing foreign body giant cells
'Mouse over' for high power (x40) view showing frequent lipoid vacuoles
