Diagnosis - Radial scar
Features to note:
- On low power this is a star-shaped lesion with radiating "legs"
- Usual epithelial hyperplasia often present within ducts
- Two cell types present in glandular structures trapped in scar tissue - use immuno to help prove this
- 5-10% of cases have co-existent carcinoma (DCIS or invasive) mixed up in one or more segments

Note - By definition radial scars are <10mm in diameter and complex sclerosing lesions > 10mm.
